Chef Eduardo Remusat


We are proud to have the renowned Chef Remusat as our chef in the USA.
In 1998 Chef Eduardo Remusat completed his Le Cordon Bleu course at the Tante Marie School of cookery in Surrey, England.
During his time in England Chef Remusat worked as the chef responsible for the pastry department at the Savoy Hotel.
After his first years working in the UK, he went to Brazil where for 3 years he was the executive chef at Sky Hotel, one of the top 8 worldwide restaurants, in Sao Paulo. He has embarked with us in setting this exciting venture, where our aim is to serve the best food for the events we organize. Today he is the Head Chef of Hue Restaurant in Downtown Orlando - FL (www.huerestaurant.com).
